Amárach tá mé chun seisiún core agus solúbthacht a dhéanamh ar maidín. Tá seisiún foirne ann um thráthnóna ach measaim go dtógfaidh mé é go ré toisc pian i mo bhléin dheis. Beidh le feiceáil.

Two weeks left till championship day. The week gone by went ok. I started back training with the team after the sore knee (which is now gone). I picked up a bit of a groin pain to replace it from a practice game today. I have iced it etc so hopefully it will be ok. Above is the summarry of the training plan in the run up to championship.
This week the hardedst training session will be on Wednesday, with the main emphasis on the game on Friday. The next week, all sessions will be high in intensity and low on time to save the energy etc for the championship game.
Tomorrow, I am going to do a good core and mobility session in the morning. There is a team session in the afternoon but I will take it easy during that session to give the groin a rest. Well see how it goes!
