Rinne mé sisiún maith ar an rothar le cúpla cleacht meachain tar éis. An rud a rinne me ar an rothar ná 10 nóimead de rotháil ag luas cothrom, sos 3 nóimead, ansin 20 nóimead de rotháil crua ar feadh 30 soicind agus rotháil téarnaimh ar feadh 30 soicind. Ansin rinne mé rabadh-H, brú suas, agus tairringtí suas i gciorcad le cúpla cleacht 'core' ag an diereadh. Nuair a bhí mé ar an rothar bhí fonn orm díreacht teacht de ach lean mé liom agus chríochnaigh mé an seisiún go láidir. Leanann mo chorp m'intinn, ní an bealach eile thart! Tá mé ar bís le bheith arais ar an pháirc!

I did a good session on the bike today with a few upperbody and core exercises afterwards. I did 10 minutes steady cycling at a high pace, them 20 minutes of 30 second intervals, going as fast as I could every 30 seconds. Then I finished with H-rows, pressups and chin ups in a circuit with 3 core exercises. When I was on the bike i really felt like jumping off but i kept at it and finished with a really good conditioning session. My body follws my mind, not the other way around! I cant with to get back playing!
