OK tá sé mall agus tá mé scriosta mar sin beidh seo gásta! Ar maidín chaith mé uair an chloig sa hall ag iomáint. Glún mothú go maith, feabhas taghta ar na scileann arís. Mar sin féin níor rith mé ag lán luas go fóill.
Um thráthnóna chaith mé seal ar an rothar. 12 nóimead ag luas leannúnach, 22 nímead ag rotháil crua ar feadh 30 soicind agus éasca ar feadh 30. Dul chun cinn ón luain. Sesiún crua, neart alas. Sin é oíche mhaith!

Right its late and I am nackered so this will be short and sweet. In the morning I spent an hour in the hall hurling. Knee felt ok, improvement in skills. Still, I have not ran at full tilt with the knee yet.
In the vening i spent more time on the bike. 12 minutes steady, 22 minutes of 30 sec intervals. Progression since Monday. Hard session, lots of sweat. Thats it, oíche mhaith!
