A break today and some planning/ Sos agus roinnt pleanáil

I took a break from training today; I think the past few days raining caught up with me. I got a great massage this morning, and took it easy for the rest of the day Tomorrow, I am going to hit the pitch around 9.30 for some shooting. I want to concentrate on shooting after giving a dummy, shots on goal, and sideline cuts. I will do half an hour of upper body in the gym in the afternoon.

Below is a review of the weeks training. I have included the length of session, RPE out of 10, and training load for each session. I have also put in a weekly review at the end with the total time trained and total training load. I will use this measure to taper my training as we get closer to championship time.
