Togail agus Cupla Poc/ Lifting and a Few Pucks

Inniú rinne mé seisiúin maith sa gym. Rinne mé pocáil thart sa halla mar téadh suas. Bhí an siúil istigh inniú níos mó na mar a bhí inné. Sa seisiúin gym rinne mé:

Snatch x 2 x 4
Chuaigh mé chomh fada le 60 kg, theip orm ag 65

Snatch Pulls x 3 x 5
Rinne mé 75 x 3

Power Clean x 2 x 5
Chuaigh mé suas go 85 x 2

Front Squat x 3 x 5
Meachán is troime na 95 x 3

Ag siúil le lá maith iomána amarach le roinnt pocáil (scaoileamh, céad teagmháil, ionsaí ar an sliotar ard), agus treanáil foirne am thrathnóna.

Today i did a good session in the gym with some pucking around for 15 minutes as part of the warm up. In the gym i did

Snatch x 2 x 4
Up to 60kg, failed at 65

Snatch Pulls x 3 x 5
Up to 75 x 3

Power Clean x 2 x 5
Up to 85 x 2

Front Squat x 3 x 5
Up to 95 x 3

Looking forward to a good day of hurling tomorrow with some skills in the morning (shooting, first touch, and atacking the high ball), and a team session in the afternoon.
