Tús Maith Leath na hOibre/ A Good Start is Half The Work

Rinne mé dhá seisiúin inniú agus chur mé tús maith leis an seachtain. Ar maidín rinne mé seisiúin tógáil Oilimpeach le roinnt cumhacht snapadh, rabadh, agus tarraingtí glanna. Chríochaigh mé le roinnt gogaireachtaí tosaigh. (Rinne mé 105 x 3) Seisiún breá a bhí ann. Ní dheachaigh mé rothrom ar aon tógáil agus bhí mé ag cur beidhim ar an teicníc agus an luas. Ghlac mé cúpla fístéip ach tá deacrachtaí agam iad a cuir in airde anseo!

Um thráthnóna, bhuail mé an pháirc fá choinne roinnt scaoileamh leis na camáin nua a fuair mé inné. Arís bhí an ghaoth fiachmhar, agus bhí sé ag cur báistí....cleachtadh maith! Bhí caol na láimhe deise rud beag nimhneach arís ag an tús is nó raibh na cosa chomh gasta is a bhí uaim. Mar sin féin bhain mé sult as an seisiúin agus scóáil mé tréan cúil agus cúilín. Bhí na camáin úr den chéad scoth. Tá mé ag siúil len iad a úsáid ar an Aoine.

Amarach tá seisiúin foirne againn um thráthnóna agus tá bariúil agam go mbeidh sé thar a bheith dian. Ar maidín tá mé ag dul seisiúin éasca go leor a dhéanamh le sos a thabhairt do chaol na láimhe agus bheith réidh fá choinne iarracht mhór in seisiúin an thráthnóna. Déanfaidh mé síniú maith, agus roinnt obair in éadan an eangach prebadaí, agus bfhéidir roinnt ceapadh ard.

Today i did two sessions and put a good start to the week. In the morning I did an Olympic session with some power snatches, jerks, and clean pulls. I finished with some front squats (i did 105 for 3). It was a fine session. I didnt go too heavy and I focused on technique and speed. I took a few videos but im having trouble getting them onto here!

In the afternoon, i hit the pitch for some shooting practice with the new sticks i got yesterday. Again the wind was fierce, and it was raining....but sure its good practice. My right wrist was a bit sore and my feet were not moving as fast as id like. Still, I enjoyed the session and scored a good few goals and points. The sticks were great. I am looking forward to using them on Friday.

Tomorrow we have a team session in the afternoon and I feel its going to be a tough one. In the morning I will do an easy enough session to give the wrists a break and be ready for a big effort in the afternoon. I will do some mobility work, some work against the rebound net, and maybe some high catches.
