We won the Friday night game pretty easy. I was playing midfield. The weather was not great but i really enjoyed playing this game. I scored two points against the wind. With regards the goals I set myself the night before, I think i achieved them nearly completely. Here are the main points I took from the game.
- Work rate was good, especially in the first half
- I held on to the sliotar when i needed to and gave a hand pass to the man in the better space
- Wen I gave supply to the forwards it was low and hard and they were happy with it. We got a few scores from the balls I sent in.
- My attitude was good and i felt that I had the fitness to puch on the extra bit when i needed.
- I think I lost my concetration in the second half so I have to work on this.
- I let the high ball fall a few times, and didnt attack the ball as intensly as I wanted to.
- I should keep my head up when I have the ball so I can see the men around me more clearly.
The next game is on Monday so I will rest on Saturday and train on Sunday.
Forget to ask you... Did you try a light bit of power snatch or anything dynamic like that the morning before the game?

Hey Eamonn. Yea i tried it out. I felt like it woke me up a bit. Have another game tonight so I am going o try a similar prep session. I outlined it in a post there this morning. 30 mins in total. 10 min warm up, 10 min snatch, and 10 minutes of first touch in the hall. What you reckon??
