Luas na gCos/ Foot Speed (Céadaoin/ Wednesday)

Ós rud é go raibh mé ag mothú rud beag trom ar na cosa sa chúpla seisiún deirneach rinne mé seisiún gear agus gásta inniú aus bhain mé an sult agus tairbhe as. Rinne mé téadh suas maith ar an pháirc, ansin 30 nóiméad ag dul fríd na dréimirí agus na hurdles SAQ. Nuair a bhí mé ag teacht amach as na dréimirí rith mé chuig sliotar agus rinne mé piocadh agus scaoileadh. Bhí ard chaighdeán leis an seisiún seo agus bhí mé ag mothú níos fear de réir mar a chuaigh mé ag aghaidh. Rinne mé le 10 nóiméad ag obair ar dhierfinn an mo laige is mó, an sliotar ard, agus roinnt obair céad teagmháíl. Bhí mé ag bogadh go fíor mhaith tar éis an obair luais. Críochnaigh mé le 10 nóiméad de obair uas choip sa seomra meáchán. Bhí mé sásta leis an seisiúin seo inniú. Amarach tá treanáil foirne again sa tráthnóna mar sin ní dhéanfaih mé mórán i rith an lae.

As I was feeling a bit heavy on the feet for the past few sessions I did i nice short and fast session today which I enjoyed and benefited from. I did a good warm u on the field, then 30 minutes of going through the SAQ ladders and hurdles. When coming out of the ladders, I would perform a short sprint and dip a ball, turn and shoot from about forty yards. The quality of this session was high and I was starting to feel faster as the session went on. I then did 10 minutes working on what is probably my biggest weakness at the minute, the high ball, and I also did a bit of first touch work. I was moving well after the bit of speed work. I finished with 10 minutes of upper body weights in the gym. I was happy with that session. Tomorrow we have a team session so I wont do much during the day.
